Good drawings also assist to accurately convey key design decisions to prospective builders during the tendering phase. We understand that not everyone has experience in reading plans, don’t worry we have your back, we also use 3D rendering techniques to produce photo realistic renders of your design. We can also produce a game like file of your design that allows you to walk around your new home!
Every design we produce is engineered in house and verified and certified by local registered engineers. Keeping much of the engineering design and drafting in house translates to lower engineering costs when the design is handed to our contracted engineers.
